Head of Media and Communication Sector, library of Alexandria. He has PhD in Public Administration, and Two MA degrees in Public Administration and Political Development. He has a number of books, book chapters and peer reviewed articles on social capital, development, democracy, civil society and citizenship. In addition he is a writer for Al Ahram and Al Shorouk newspapers, and participate regularly in conferences domestically and internationally
