Ain Shams University (Egypt) – The first place for Faculty of computer and information science, Ain Shams University in the Smart Cities Hackathon

under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, congratulates Prof. Dr. Najwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Hala Mosheer, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, the faculty’s winning team in the final stage of the Smart Cities Hackathon held at Benha University from 24 to 26 March 2022.

Noting that the team won first place in the Smart Surveillance track and second place in the hackathon as a whole.

The team consists of (Mohammed Adel Abdul Rahman – Fourth Division Computer Science Department, Nourhan Mahmoud Mohamed – Fourth Division Department of Bioinformatics, Ahmed Medhat Abdel Aziz – Third Division Scientific Accounts Department, Abdul Rahman Mohamed Abdul Salam – Third Division Scientific Accounts Department, Mohamed Sami Abdul Karim – Division The second) under the supervision of Dr. Hanan Yousry is a teacher in the Department of Computer Science.

It was received by Prof. Dr. Najwa Badr and Prof. Dr. Hala Mosheer, the winning team, and the team donated the shield to the faculty.
